We had originally listed our townhouse with another agent, in July of 2007, a time of drastic change in the real estate market conditions. After several months of complete inaction, we allowed the original listing to expire, and accepted a friends recommendation of the Passaro Team with B&W. We were immediately impressed when we were presented with a marketing analysis and a plan to address the inaction of the market, and were pleased to sign with them. The “traffic plan” did increase the number of showings, as intended. We were further pleased when Mr Tom Passaro visited us to present monthly updates on the showing activity. When the market remained in its doldrums, Tom assisted us in making timely adjustments to our effort, once with a price adjustment and once by the Passaro Team providing decorative staging to enhance what had been an empty house presentation.
