Bolingbrook

Settled in 1832 and incorporated in 1965, Bolingbrook welcomed its "50,000th new neighbor" in 1996.  Bolingbrook continues to offer the most house for the money, whether buyers want a starter townhouse or a 4,000 square-foot executive home on a wooded lot.

Downers Grove

Glen Ellyn

Glen Ellyn, 23 miles southwest of the Loop, has great schools, antique shops and a New England flavor.  The character of the town has remained quaint, according to residents, and the hills, offer a stark contrast to the usually level lands of Illinois.

Warrenville

Warrenville, 30 miles west of the Loop, is located in the midst of wooded areas.   An established industrial park is situated west of Illinois-59 along Butterfield Road, with access to the East-West Tollway.  There is major building going on throughout the area and all along the I-88 expressway.
